Official business information, producer accounts and first-hand corrections guide the directory. Unconfirmed visiting details are labelled. Missing listings mean we have not verified an entry yet.

A café can sell beans and a farm can process coffee. They can appear in multiple filters while contributing once to the total. City aliases share the same records.
Connections with context
Stockists, roasted lots and event participation are different relationships. We label them separately, link sources where available and never treat an event connection as a permanent supply agreement.
